New maintenance building containing vehicle repair and work areas, parts storage room, toilet and locker rooms, exercise rooms, office areas and driver’s lounge area. 98,940 SF in total.
New wash and fuel building containing tire repair areas, office, equipment rooms, and outside areas with canopy above for vehicle wash, steam clean, fuel, and brake inspections. 37,370 SF in total.
