  • The Sacramento Convention Center Renovation and Expansion project entails demolition and selective demolition of existing structures, a lobby and meeting room addition to the east portion of the convention center along with full demolition and replacement of the existing 1970’s era west portion of the building. The new west portion of the building will contain exhibit halls, lobby/prefunction, meeting rooms, and a ballroom as well as a new kitchen and support spaces.

  • Provided and installed the mechanical HVAC systems to construct the West Park comprehensive High School, including but not limited to: site work; a 4,500 seat stadium; a 2,100 seat gymnasium with classrooms and locker rooms; a baseball field; a 500 seat football field/track stadium with restroom building; hard courts; classroom buildings; the school's main kitchen with an outdoor covered seating area; administration building; parking lots; and ancillary buildings/structures.

San Joaquin County Courthouse

LOCATION: Stockton, CA

$19.8 million - 342,000 SF

  • Provide and installed the mechanical HVAC system for a 14 level courthouse. New construction of the courthouse including the rooftop penthouse and two basement levels. Basement levels include parking and mechanical support spaces. The building includes criminal, civil, and family courts and associated support, administrative functions, and secure in-custody holding areas.
