Position overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring that all project goals are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership and problem-solving skills will play a critical role in driving project success and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality specifications
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams, fostering clear and proactive communication
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and perform quality control checks
- Identify risks and challenges early, implementing solutions to maintain project momentum

Qualifications and experience:

- Demonstrated success leading projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong understanding of construction management principles, project delivery methods, and scheduling tools
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage teams, resolve issues, and drive decision-making in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Job schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
Salary: Commensurate with experience, ranging from $130,000 to $160,000. This is an exempt position.
Work location: Sacramento, CA (travel to jobsites in the surrounding area is required).

Sales Coordinator (Lead Generation Specialist)
Job description
This role requires a high volume of phone communication and is approximately 95% phone-based. Candidates must be comfortable spending the majority of their day handling inbound and outbound calls.
POSITION:
The Sales Coordinator (Lead Generation Specialist) has a key role focused on supporting the sales team in achieving their targets by coordinating all Northern Nevada sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and managing administrative tasks. This position involves making cold calls, setting appointments, updating the CRM system, and providing exceptional customer care. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Support and Coordination
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, research, and networking, contributing to the expansion of the customer base.
- Cold Calling: Make daily cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments.
- Appointment Scheduling: Meet a quarterly quota of at least 44 appointments with potential customers, coordinating schedules between clients and sales representatives.
- Customer Care Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services.
Customer Service and Relationship Management
- Customer Inquiry Response: Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours, providing timely and accurate information.
- Customer Satisfaction Rating: Achieve a customer satisfaction score of 90% or higher based on feedback from customer interactions and surveys.
Data Management and Reporting
- CRM Data Accuracy: Maintain 100% accuracy in the CRM system by updating and managing customer records and sales information.
- Sales Metrics Tracking: Track and report key sales metrics, such as lead conversion rates and appointment follow-ups, to support strategic decision-making.
Learning and Development
- Training Completion: Complete all required training sessions, including “Selling in 6, within the first 14 days to understand company products, processes, and systems.
- Skill Application: Demonstrate the application of learned skills by participating in at least one sales initiative or project that enhances team performance.
- Product Knowledge Assessment: Pass an internal product knowledge assessment within the first 45 days, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the company’s offerings.
Administrative Efficiency
- Document Management: Maintain an organized filing system for sales records and customer documentation, achieving a retrieval time of under 5 minutes for any document.
- Sales Strategy Reports: Prepare reports and present new sales strategies during weekly one-on-one meetings with the General Manager, highlighting potential opportunities and improvements.

REPORT TO: Director of Service- Nevada
POSITION: Service Technician- Northern Nevada
The Technician – Northern Nevada will assist with the development and growth of our service operations across the Northern Nevada region. This position is responsible for establishing Lawson SSP Group’s presence in the area by performing field operations, assist with building a reliable service team, supporting business development, and ensuring the successful execution of HVAC and mechanical projects. The Technician will also be involved in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and field staff while assisting in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Regional Leadership & Growth
- Develop and lead Lawson SSP Group’s service presence in Northern Nevada.
- Support the launch and ramp-up of operations, including site logistics and initial customer engagement.
Team Building & Workforce Management:
- Actively recruit, interview, and onboard HVAC technicians and field personnel.
- Train and supervise technicians to ensure quality work and safety compliance.
Technical Oversight
- Maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC and refrigeration systems in accordance with Federal, State, and local codes.
- Troubleshoot complex equipment issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate material procurement, tool inventory, and jobsite readiness.
Business Development Support
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to identify and pursue new opportunities in the region.
- Participate in client meetings, walk-throughs, and scope reviews.
- Provide technical input for proposals and estimates.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Operational Excellence
· Ensure safety compliance and foster a safety culture within the team.
· Monitor job performance relative to budget and timeline; identify opportunities to enhance profitability.
· Assist with after-hours service calls as needed.
· Provide weekly updates to leadership on regional activities, staffing, and opportunities
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, estimate labor and materials, and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable in a startup-like environment with evolving responsibilities.

- Willingness to travel within the Northern Nevada region.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ladder Use: Climbing step ladders and extension ladders to access rooftops and HVAC equipment.
- Carrying Equipment: Transporting tool bags and necessary equipment to perform site surveys and inspections.
- Accessing Job Sites: Must be knowledgeable of and take into consideration customer requirements, including background checks, TB tests, drug tests, and safety device standards, when navigating construction job sites and preparing for future work.
- Lifting: Lifting objects up to 75 pounds.
- Travel: Regular travel within Northern Nevada using company-provided vehicle required
- Outdoor Conditions: Performing tasks in various weather and environmental conditions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in HVAC service.
- Experience in launching or expanding service operations is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, service protocols, and industry safety/compliance standards
- Proficiency with field service management software and Microsoft products.
- OSHA 30 certification, EPA Universal, or NATE certification a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
