Project scope included the basement, acute care hospital facility, Level III trauma emergency service department, radiology imaging department, cardiology services, central processing, 24-room operating theatre, and two surgical intensive care units. 3D modeling initially performed by others pre-bid under separate contract; however, the product was unusable, resulting in Lawson receiving a change order to re-coordinate (during construction) and redesign the entire project.
