Sacramento County Juvenile Hall Expansion

Construction of a new Central Heating and Cooling Plant with connections to and modifications of existing Central Plant, new Electrical Service and Emergency Power System, 3 new 30 Bed Housing Units, new Intake and Processing and new Mental Health Offices, some remodeling of existing areas to create a new Central Control Room. Remove, relocate and reinstall 3 boilers, 2 chillers to new central utility plant and provide 2 new boilers and 1 new chiller for the new Central Utility Plant.
