The partial basement includes judges secure parking, secure sally port, holding cells and a tunnel to link to the county jail. The project is located on a flat site west of the County Jail. Building is steel moment frame on concrete footings/slab. Site development includes drives, ramps for vehicles in and out of basement sally port, public parking and staff parking, utility building, landscape and signage on 9.5 acre site.
