Project scope involved furnishing and installing mechanical, plumbing, and building controls for Building 3 and the in-building geothermal work in the Admin Bldg. Central Plant. The Central Plant scope included upgrading existing chiller plant equipment, adding geothermal loop pipe and associated pumps, modifying the condenser water/chilled water loops, and using dedicated heat recovery chillers to generate the campus’ domestic and industrial hot water.
