Overview

LMC provided design/build HVAC and plumbing systems. LMC was selected to provide design/build contracting services for the tenant improvements in the building. 555 Plaza is a 46 year old high rise office building that will be modernized as the tenant work evolves. The building HVAC system will be modernized over time to improve comfort, energy efficiency, reliability, and improve system flexibility.

To date, LMC has completed over ten (10) tenant projects within the last couple years. The tenant designs have included traditional space plans with lay-in tee bar ceilings to the non-traditional spaces with open landscapes with minimal ceilings and mostly exposed mechanical systems.
