Design/Build construction project for a four-story civic office building, serving the City’s IT Department and Fire Department. The building is served by a high efficiency custom rooftop hydronic reheat. High efficiency condensing boilers with primary/secondary pumping provide heating water for the building. Lawson Mechanical Contractors provided and installed the mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems.
