19th & J Mixed Use Project

The project consists of an eleven story building in Mid-Town Sacramento and includes ground floor retail tenant spaces, second level parking, and nine floors of residential studio and one-bedroom apartments (175 apartment’s total). The building design includes Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems for the ground floor retail spaces and Vertical Terminal Air Conditioning (VTAC) units for the residential units. 2016 CBC and Sacramento City High Rise Ordinance compliant smoke control systems are included for the stairwells and central corridor. The owner is pursuing a LEED certification for the project.
