Cal Poly State University Student Recreation Center

Furnished and installed the plumbing and HVAC systems for the renovation and remodel of the existing Recreation Center of 165,717 gross SF facility when complete. Existing recreation center was partially demolished, renovated, and expanded. Remodel included: locker rooms, showers, stage, gymnastics room, exercise/dance, weight rooms, and terrace. New construction included lobby, two court gymnasium, administrative offices, racquetball courts, MAC, weight fitness, wellness center, cardio fitness, exercise rooms, fitness, and a jogging track. Building remained in operation during construction of renovation and expansion.
