DESCRIPTION

Two-story facility housing five classrooms that accommodate jury trials. Additional public spaces include civil, criminal, juvenile, and family law. The building also incorporates secured holding areas for “in-custody” defendants. The mechanical system consists of four custom rooftop air handlers with hydronic heat. Distribution is handled by single duct VAV reheat, and high efficiency condensing boilers. Pump systems incorporate primary secondary variable speed pumps.
